Is the photo and video quality good?

The best way to see for yourself is to look here at some example photos that children aged 3-7 years have taken with the Hoppstar cameras.
Do I need to buy a battery for the camera?
No.
All our cameras come with built-in lithium-ion batteries that can be charged via the 2in1 lanyard and/or USB cable included in the camera package.
Are games on the camera?
No!
The idea behind our product is to encourage children to discover something. The cameras are not intended to be another new gaming device.
However, to ensure that the fun is not neglected, our cameras offer many fun filters, frames and stickers.
Are the products tested?
Yes!
Hoppstar kids cameras are certified according to the following international standards: CE, EN71, CCC, MA, RoHS.
Where can I buy print rollers for the Hoppstar Artist?

1 refill pack of printing paper rolls consists of 3 rolls which are sufficient for a total of approx. 220 photos.
By the way: that's only € 0.04 per photo.
What is in the product packaging?

Is the Hoppstar Artist's printing paper BPA free?
Yes!
The printing paper is BPA and BPS free.
How many replacement print rollers are included with the purchase of a new Hoppstar Artist?
When purchasing the Hoppstar Artist , 3 paper rolls are included in the product packaging.
If you need more, we recommend the pack of 3 thermal printer rolls for approx. 220 photos (approx. € 0.04 per photo).
How big is a printed photo of the Hoppstar Artist?
The black and white photo of the Hoppstar Artist is approx. 8 x 5 cm.
Is the Hoppstar Artist photo in color or black and white?
The Hoppstar Artist uses heat-sensitive paper and prints in black and white.
Do the Hoppstar cameras have a screen that can display colors?
Yes!
All cameras have screens that display colors.
Do all interchangeable silicone cases fit all products equally?
No!
We offer different silicone cases for different collections. Please find out more about this here .
Where can I find the user manual?
We provide you with an instruction manual for each product in the product packaging.
If you no longer have these to hand, you can also download them here .
How long does it take to charge the cameras?
Depending on the model, the camera needs about 2 to 3 hours to be fully charged.
How long does the camera last with a fully charged battery?
Depending on the model and in normal use, a fully charged camera lasts about 4 hours before it needs to be recharged.
Do the cameras have a zoom function?
No, Hoppstar cameras do not offer zoom.
How can I drag the photos from the cameras to the laptop?
Please use the supplied 2in1 lanyard (USB - Micro USB) and, if necessary, expand it with one of the two supplied OTG adapters (1x Micro USB & 1x Type C).
Now connect the camera to the laptop and go to the "Hoppstar" folder to see your photos.

What guarantee do I have?
Basically, we offer a 2-year warranty on our products. We do not offer any additional guarantee beyond this.
Please check the goods for completeness or defects immediately upon receipt and contact us in the event of a defect.
In the event of a warranty claim, we reserve the right to proceed according to the following steps, which apply chronologically:
1. Repair of the product
2. Exchange of the product
3. Price reduction on your order
4. Return of your purchase
Is payment on www.hoppstar.com secure?
Yes!
For secure online payment, we work with international payment providers, so 100% secure processing can be guaranteed.
My discount code doesn´t work.
Please check first whether you have entered the discount code correctly (note the upper and lower case letters!).
Furthermore, please check whether the code is still valid or has already expired.
In addition, please check the conditions of the code.

How long does it take until I receive my ordered product?
We deliver from our online shop exclusively to Austria and Germany.
After receipt of your order, we endeavor to dispatch your product within 24 hours.
Your product should be delivered within Austria within approx. 3 to 4 working days.
To Germany it takes approx. up to 5 working days.
Please note that there are longer shipping times at Christmas and Easter.
What are the shipping charges?
Hoppstar offers free shipping to Austria & Germany from a purchase value of € 69.90.
Below that we charge € 6.90 to Austria and € 8.90 to Germany.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Yes!
As soon as your order has been accepted by the shipping service provider, you will receive a notification by email.
